An In Fine Mortgage can be used for the acquisition of your main home, second home or buy to let as well as Equity Release and Refinance. The main advantage lies in the fact that you will only be required to pay the interest and insurance each month whilst the capital will be paid off in one lump sum at term.
However, you will be required to take out with a company approved by BNP Paribas International Buyers a life assurance policy for a period equal to that of the mortgage. This savings vehicle will be used as a guarantee and at term will help you repay the capital.
